Resilience Training

Grow your capacity to deal with
the challenges and bumps of life

Why attend a Resilience course ?
Resilience refers to our ability to take challenges and setbacks in our stride and learn and grow from them. Beyond adaptability, resilience also helps us have more capacity for enjoyment and authenticity in our lives.
Over a period of a 4-6 weeks we will acquire resilience skills and embody them.
If you want to feel more like yourself, be more adaptable and flexible, be able to think more clearly and positively, and be more in charge of your well-being, this course is for you!

Course description:
6 weeks of live tutorials, practice, lectures and home practices
Each session is 1.5 hours long (with a short break if necessary) and will be recorded for attendees only.

🌈
Learn and practice some mindfulness together
🌈
Do home practices and Discuss and share on the facebook group between sessions

About the trainer:
My name is Stephanie Betschart, aka Padmadrishti my buddhist name.
I have been working as a solution focused hypnotherapist since 2008, using solution focused models of well-being based on neuroscience, mindfulness and resilience practices to help people 1:1 to shift out of stuckness and into well-being.

I have been practicing buddhist meditation since 1995, and teaching it at times as well as learning buddhist psychology and mindfulness

In 2018 I qualified as a QiGong teacher with the Shiatsu College.

This course is a labour of love and integration: it brings together all these areas of practice that I feel passionate about: positive psychology, neuroscience, solution focused, Qigong, mindfulness and a bit of je ne sais quoi!
