My name is Stephanie Betschart, I work with people to help them develop and deepen Resilience, facilitate Change and the expression of their own Potential in an integrated and Embodied way.

I use a number of approaches, including Clinical Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, Mindfulness, Embodied protocol and Compassion based approaches. I am trained in all these disciplines, they are all related and compliment one another as one integrated approach. 
The core of the work is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy**
