Fear of Open Spaces:

"Last Summer I came to you to work on my fear and anxiety of open spaces prior to visiting Hong Kong. I have just returned from Southern China and wanted to feedback my thanks to you.
I did experience initially some mild anxiety, but this settled down within one day and I was able to enjoy the open harbourside night light show, walking in the beautiful Lantau country park, and walk freely around the crazily high rise Hong Kong island and Kowloon Peninsula without having to wear a thick coat in 27 degree heat or cling onto the arms of my family while staring at the ground rather than enjoying the sights!
More generally, since my treatment sessions with you, my levels of stress and anxiety have reduced overall, and I still use your CD from time to time to help me relax and meditate.

Well, today was the day and I'm very pleased to be able to tell you that it went really well!  I still had a few internal jitters beforehand but it was in a different league than last time, and as soon as I started speaking it all went fine, I was a lot more relaxed.

So I think that from hereon in I can really draw on this and hopefully get better each time.

Stephanie was amazing she totally helped me through a really stressful period in my life. I feel so much more confident and not at all anxious now. I am sleeping much better and that has made such a positive difference to my life.

I really valued Stephanie's ability to make me feel totally at ease with sharing difficult feelings and emotions. This really helped me get the most out of our sessions.
